Hi! Welcome to the NAB AFL Auskick web site (also known in these Terms & Conditions as the 'Site').

Thanks for visiting and we hope you have a great time here!

It's really important to us that your visit to the Site is as totally safe and enjoyable as we can make it and that when you use it you are fully aware of all your legal rights. That's why we have these Terms & Conditions ('Conditions') so that we can be sure that you understand how to use this Site properly and also be sure you are legally protected, so we want you to read them. We know it’s boring and you probably want to rip right in and start having fun, but you should at least read them once!

1. Your acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Please read all of these Conditions carefully before using the Site because once you start using it you'll be agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

If you use the Site, you agree that you either have the legal capacity to enter into the agreement set out here in these Conditions, or that a parent has given you their permission to use this Site and accepts these Conditions on your behalf.

We'd also like you to know that these Conditions may be changed without notice at any time, so you should visit this page regularly if you want to know about all your rights.

The Site is owned by Australian Football League (‘AFL’), GPO Box 1449N, Melbourne, Vic 3001, Australia, ABN no. 97489912318

2. Your Competition Club registration

You agree to maintain and update this registration data when required so that it's as current, complete and accurate as possible and any information that you provide on the Site must be truthful, lawful, and must not violate the rights of others.

Once you become an AFL J-Squad Competition Club member (that means you have registered), we'll send you a confirmation email.
AFL J-Squad always tries to make sure that information on the Site is correct but does not accept any liability for any error or omission.
