NAB Mini Legends take the big stage

NAB’s commitment to supporting footballers from NAB AFL Auskick to the big time is embodied in its new campaign which features mini versions of some of the biggest names in the game.

NAB Mini Legends draws on the love of football displayed by thousands of children every weekend at NAB AFL Auskick centres around Australia and is inspired by their dreams of being just like their heroes and becoming the next big name in the game.

The NAB AFL Auskickers featured in NAB Mini Legends each share an uncanny likeness with the AFL players that they are emulating, including a bearded Max Gawn, super slick Gary Ablett and a rough and ready Joel Selwood.

Whether it is Buddy Franklin’s iconic goal celebration or Josh Kennedy’s signature preparation for a set shot, it is remarkable how these children assume a likeness to their much adored footy role models.

NAB Mini Legends celebrates NAB’s ongoing partnership with the AFL and its commitment to supporting footballers at every stage of their AFL journey.

The campaign exemplifies NAB’s desire not just to sponsor the game, but to grow it. For over a decade NAB has been taking elite footy to regional towns through the NAB Challenge, fostering young talent through the NAB AFL Rising Stars Program and making NAB AFL Auskick more accessible to families.
